If you're tired of shotshell hulls spinning, slipping, or tipping over when you're trying to achieve a clean roll crimp, this custom 6" × 2.5" reloading station may be exactly what your loading bench has been missing.
Designed by a reloader, for reloaders, this station is built to eliminate many of the common frustrations associated with roll-crimping shotshells.
Unlike flimsy 3D-printed plastic tools or expensive devices designed to roll crimp one shell at a time, this station is constructed from solid, marine-grade HDPE. The material is resistant to absorbing case lubricants, gun oils, and cleaning solvents, making it well suited for long-term use on your loading bench.
The base features a sturdy 1" × 1" × 1/16" aluminum angle floor plate with a textured rubber surface. This provides additional grip to help reduce slipping while supporting the sides of the hulls and separating the brass from the aluminum surface.
The station can be used for roll crimping alone, or you can load your components first and then roll crimp eight shotshells together in just a few minutes.
What makes this reloading station unique is the way it holds your hulls.
Each position features a deep cavity designed to provide lateral support and maintain a 90-degree stance, helping keep the hulls upright and stable during use.
The split-cavity design works together with the three flange nuts to compress the three sections around the hull. Combined with the textured rubber floor, this creates a secure grip designed to keep the hulls firmly positioned throughout the roll-crimping process.
The result is a setup designed for consistent, uniform roll crimps without relying on springs or levers that can wear out or break.
This reloading station is completely mobile. It does not require permanent mounting or securing to a workbench. Take it with you wherever you plan to reload—whether that's your home loading bench, workshop, or another shooting setup.
Each block is handcrafted without the use of CNC or 3D-printing machines, giving every station a hands-on, small-batch build process.
The current model is designed for 12-gauge shotshell hulls.
20-gauge, 28-gauge, and .410 Bore models are coming soon, giving you more options to cover your favorite shooting and reloading needs.
